Refund Policy
At Jain Shadi Sangam, we strive to deliver the best matrimonial experience for our users. We offer both free and premium features to assist in finding the right life partner. This policy explains our stance on refunds for premium services.
1. No Refund on Services Rendered
All payments made towards premium memberships, boosts, or any paid features are non-refundable, whether used partially or not at all.
Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed under normal circumstances.
2. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations, at our sole discretion:
Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
Payment was made, but the user was not granted access to the paid features within 48 hours.
There is a valid legal or billing issue related to the transaction.
To request a refund in such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
3. No Refund for the Following Cases:
You changed your mind after payment.
You did not find a suitable match.
You were not satisfied with the number of responses or matches.
Your account was suspended due to a violation of our terms and conditions.
You forgot to cancel auto-renewal of your subscription.
4. Auto-Renewals & Cancellation
Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription from the App Store, Google Play, or your account dashboard.
No refund will be processed for missed cancellations or late notices.
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
